It is recommended that with all dipâ??treated products, that a Gravel Board is used to prolong the life of the panel and any exposed wood, preserved or not, should be protected from the weather. This fence panel has been dip treated to provide it with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee which must be supported by annual retreatment.The rough sawn nature of these products requires a rough sawn fence post to be used. As a finishing touch and to protect your fence posts from the elements even further, we would recommend topping your fence post with a post cap and finial. This 1.5m (5ft) high featheredge fence panel is constructed from large rough sawn timber boards providing increased stability and security. Also available in: 0.9m (3ft), 1.2m (4ft) and 1.83m (6ft) The boards are placed in a vertical partially overlapping fashion. Two 50 x 30 x 1725mm battens are secured to the reverse of the featheredge fence panel, providing additional sturdiness. The rough sawn timber has been Dip Treated to provide protection against rot for up to 10 years.
